📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage wholesale sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to the sales team and management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field, preferably in the agriculture or hydroponics industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
