Corporate Legal Counsel

PT Andira Financial Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the financial industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, compliance, and corporate governance, while contributing to the growth and success of one of Indonesia's leading financial institutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice to the executive team, ensuring that all legal matters are handled with the utmost professionalism and diligence. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally, and ensure that all legal obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and negotiate contracts to protect the company's interests and ensure they are in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and developments that may impact the company's operations.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally, and ensure that all legal obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct due diligence on potential business partners and transactions to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to other members of the legal team on legal and regulatory matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience in a legal role within the financial industry, with a strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Experience in contract negotiations and due diligence is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
