As an Executive Purchasing & Inventory, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing and inventory processes, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities at the right time. You will work with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor inventory levels, and implement inventory management systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize purchasing processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on purchasing and inventory activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successful procurement and inventory management in a supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
