📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.
• Assist with table set-up and clean-up, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation, ensuring dishes are served promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on service standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry, preferably in a fine dining or Korean restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check, including drug and alcohol testing.
