📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store products.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and support each other's stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
