📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers.,Promote our products and services, and answer customer inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
