📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC lathes to ensure optimal performance and precision.
- Program and set up CNC machines according to engineering specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the longevity of CNC machinery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the workshop.
- Document machine operations, maintenance, and performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machine Operator or similar role.
- Certification in CNC Lathe Machine Operation (preferred).
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and materials.
- Proficiency in using CNC machine control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or similar.
