As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customers, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs. • Conduct field canvassing to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in customer retention and engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
