📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a department, including setting goals and objectives, and ensuring they are met.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the department.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing department performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Representing the company at internal and external events and meetings.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving departmental goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
