📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial responsibilities are met.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
