📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using ERP systems.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP implementations.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth ERP adoption.
- Monitor ERP system performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on ERP projects.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP business analysis or a similar role.
- Certification in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
