📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Good physical fitness and the ability to stand and work for extended periods.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
