📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the home decoration or related industries.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
