📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Monitoring and evaluating departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
  • Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, to promote the company's image and values.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Mentoring and developing team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
