Direct Byte Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Area Manager to join our team in Cipayung, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our sales and marketing teams, ensuring that our products and services are effectively promoted and sold. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, and a strong understanding of the industry in which we operate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor market trends and competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.,Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the sales and marketing teams.,Lead and mentor junior members of the sales and marketing teams.,Attend and participate in industry conferences and events to network and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the industry in which the company operates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
