📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Drive sales targets and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
