📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the pastry department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure high-quality food products by adhering to food safety standards and quality control procedures.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and market trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Manage budgets and costs associated with the pastry department.,Participate in inventory control and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Experience in developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
