📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and control internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
