Resto Vera Motor is looking for an experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of tax consultants and ensuring that they are performing at their best.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients,Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations,Manage a team of tax consultants,Ensure that the team is performing at their best,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize our clients' tax liabilities,Prepare and review tax returns for our clients,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations,Provide training and development opportunities for the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in managing a team of tax consultants,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools,Certification in tax consulting (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CTT) is a plus
