Hokian Bimo Motor is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory, transportation, and warehousing.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure accuracy and safety.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.,Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff in logistics operations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to drive and operate forklifts or other heavy machinery.
