📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Support quality control processes, including inspections and testing, to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Participate in inventory management activities, including stock taking, ordering, and receiving materials.
• Assist in logistics operations, including coordinating with suppliers, managing transportation, and tracking shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or have recently graduated with a degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a focus on relevant coursework.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics principles.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP or WMS software, such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
