In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the MEP team, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for inspecting the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and providing guidance and support to your team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect the work of subcontractors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure that all work is completed within budget.
• Provide guidance and support to the MEP team, including training and mentoring.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and the integrity of all systems.
• Maintain detailed records of all work completed and inspections conducted.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
