📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve community engagement and satisfaction.,Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Manage a team of staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to perform their best.,Promote and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the community.,Participate in community events and activities to build relationships and strengthen the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a community development or similar context.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management software.,Familiarity with community development principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
