📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer demands and expectations.,Document and maintain production records and reports.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure smooth operation of production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.,Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
