📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing menus.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
