PT Hasta Akasia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and develop training solutions to address those needs.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.,Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience in designing and developing e-learning and other digital learning solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
