📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic mine plans to ensure efficient and sustainable quarry operations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments to identify new mining opportunities.
• Oversee the daily operations of the quarry, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and minimize costs.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure all mining activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning and engineering, with a focus on quarry operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Datamine, or similar.
• Proven track record of successful mine planning and optimization projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote sites as required.
