📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to meet production and operational needs.,Evaluate supplier performance and quality of materials to ensure compliance with company standards.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management roles.,Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier relationship management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and ERP systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive cost savings and efficiency.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
