📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain equipment for material characterization and testing.,Conduct research and experiments to optimize equipment performance and accuracy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate equipment into larger research projects.,Develop and implement quality control procedures for equipment maintenance and calibration.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.,Mentor and train junior engineers and researchers in equipment operation and maintenance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in equipment engineering and materials science.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment engineering, materials characterization, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of materials science principles and equipment operation.,Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
