In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks daily, including pre and post-trip inspections, assisting with passenger boarding and alighting, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment on the bus. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our passengers have a pleasant and safe journey.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the bus driver in pre and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition.
- Help with passenger boarding and alighting to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment on the bus, including cleaning and organizing seats and common areas.
- Assist with luggage handling and storage to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
- Monitor passenger behavior and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company rules.
- Report any issues or concerns to the bus driver or supervisor immediately.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, if applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the bus driver or supervisor.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and carrying objects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and customer service.
- Valid driver's license (class C or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
