📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
