As a Human Resource Executive, you will be the backbone of our talent management strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand their needs and ensure we have the right people in place to drive our business forward.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training. You will also be involved in performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the team.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their staffing needs and ensure we have the right talent in place.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our talent management strategy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the marketing industry would be an advantage.
