📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Edit and enhance digital images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to meet project specifications.
• Retouch and manipulate images to correct color, exposure, and other technical aspects.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure images align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Review and approve images before they are published or used in final products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in photo editing to continuously improve skills and deliver high-quality work.
• Assist in managing and organizing image libraries, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to assets.
• Maintain consistent image quality across all projects, adhering to editorial and technical standards.
• Provide feedback and support to junior editors and interns as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in photo editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with other design tools such as Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
• Certification in Adobe Creative Suite or similar is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment is a plus.
